4F x ROBERT LEWANDOWSKI
CROSS TRAINING SHOES
Meet the most advanced shoe in the 4F collection, designed to deliver the best performance for intense functional and strength training.
Functional training requires a shoe that fits, that is stable, and that provides secure contact between the foot and the ground. The answer is a shoe with a six-piece sole. It provides a balance between dynamic cushioning and secure stability to support you throughout your workout.
For strength exercises – sit-ups, reps and rips – whether you use barbells or kettlebells, the semi-rigid side wings on the upper, a TPU plate and a wide rubber sole increase stability. The EVA foam sole absorbs and dissipates energy for more dynamic moves such as box jumps or jump rope work, adding to your bounce and lightness. The flexible Change_Knit upper and flat laces ensure a perfect fit, while the multi-directional tread pattern provides traction and stability.
