In collaboration with Anna Lewandowska, we have designed shoes that are perfect for high-intensity HIIT interval training and all types of cardio.

The flexible Change_Knit upper and moulded Ortholite HybridPlus sockliner ensure a perfect fit so you can feel stable as you work out. The LiquidFoam sole adds bounce and lightness to your movements by absorbing and releasing energy as you move. A TPU plate stabilises the foot while the multi-directional rubber outsole provides traction in every movement.

FEATURES:

• drop: 10 mm,
• breathable, flexible Change_Knit upper made from recycled polyester (47%) that moulds to the shape of the foot for stability,
• Ortholite HybridPlus moulded insole made from 50% recycled materials (43% polyurethane and 7% rubber) for lasting comfort and fit,
• soft cushioning under the insole and flexible heel counter for comfort,
• highly flexible LiquidFoam in the midsole provides energy return and dynamic cushioning,
• a rigid TPU element around the heel to prevent unwanted lateral movement of the heel during intense HIIT and cardio workouts,
• TPU plate between the midsole and outsole for a stiffer and more stable sole,
• rubber outsole with multi-directional tread pattern for traction on the ground,
• large AL logo on bottom of shoe and smaller logo on upper
• small 4F logo on the bottom of the shoe and on the upper.
